Art-Based Workshops for Creativity

The workforce may, at times, have very gendered roles where mixed messages are sent daily. Effective communication is key for successful businesses to thrive. How we approach staff at work may be tied to how we interpreted communication between our parents. My workshops break down stereotypes and create new dialog for workers to communicate through trust. An overarching theme develops that includes an awareness that we are all unique individuals and that we carry both masculine and feminine characteristics.
