As for my story, you could say that
I collect vintage photographs and ephemera, such as postcards, postage stamps, letters, books, linens, costume jewelry and junk, but also delight in digital collage using vintage clip art and my own scans.

I am always proud to say I am a Dairy Farmer's daughter, having grown up amongst the cows and the alfalfa in northern Illinois, and raised my son in the Corn Desert of central Illinois in the shade of the University of Illinois, which makes the twin cities of Champaign-Urbana a delightful oasis in the desert. A place one can find everything needed, and almost everything desired. I do 17th and 18th c. reenacting, predominantly the French & Indian War and English Civil War eras.
